The standard CRANEX arrangement uses a Hitachi inverter with Schneider control components. Inverter options include Hitachi, Schneider, Siemens and Hua Yuan; electrical component options include ABB, Schneider and Siemens. Other brands can be discussed. Selection considers the controlled motions, electrical standards and system compatibility.

Specify the maximum load and required lifting height, together with the type of load being handled. These details guide the hoisting mechanism and rope-reeving arrangement. For a replacement hoist, also provide the existing drawings and installation dimensions.
Match the hoist to the required operating cycle, load spectrum and working environment.
Alongside rated capacity, describe how often the hoist operates, the duration of use and the loads it regularly handles. This information supports the review of load spectrum, duty class and FEM / ISO classification together with the working environment. Share any duty classification already required by the project.
