Electric Wire Rope Hoist

European-standard electric wire rope hoists with a choice of motors, inverters and control components to meet project specifications.

Wire rope hoists with component options

CRANEX electric wire rope hoists are designed in accordance with European standards and manufactured in an ISO 9001-certified facility in China. Key components, including motors, inverters and electrical equipment, can be configured according to individual project requirements, with system compatibility reviewed before the final hoist configuration is confirmed.

Standard components and alternatives

The standard arrangement uses a Hitachi inverter with Schneider control components. Motor options include Standard and SEW EURODRIVE. If your plant has an approved brand list for inverters or electrical controls, send it to our team for review.

Specify the hoist around the work

Capacity, lifting height, rope reeving and operating cycle affect the configuration. Share these details and the working environment so the team can consider suitability, reliability and operating costs. For a replacement hoist, include drawings or details of the existing crane.

Electric Chain Hoist

Electric chain hoists for industrial lifting. Our team helps select the model and specification for your load and application.

Industrial lifting from 250 kg to 5 t

CRANEX electric chain hoists provide an option for lifting and handling industrial components, with capacities from 250 kg to 5 t. Select the model for the load, lifting height and actual application.

Motor and control components

The product information specifies an inverter motor, M5 duty class and dual-speed or VFD control options, together with a G100 carburized chain and a 360° rotating hook. Our team confirms the components and control arrangement for the selected model before finalising the specification.

Match the operating environment

Standard protection is IP55, with IP65 available as a custom specification. Tell the team about dust, moisture or other site conditions so these can be considered alongside the operating cycle and installation method.

Industrial Crane Solutions

Design, installation and commissioning of industrial crane systems to suit your loads, operating conditions and factory layout.

Choosing a crane type

  • Single girder uses one main beam with the hoist travelling beneath it. A common option for general lifting and material movement in factories.
  • Double girder uses two main beams. Consider this arrangement when greater capacity, span or hook height is required.
  • Suspension crane travels beneath the runway beam. The suspension points and building structure must be considered alongside the working area.
  • Full or semi gantry supports the crane bridge on legs at both ends or at one end, depending on the runway and site layout.
  • Jib crane serves a workstation or a defined pickup and placement area.
  • Engineering crane is configured around the application and specific project requirements.

Information for the initial design

Provide the load weight and dimensions, lifting height, crane span, travel route and operating frequency. Factory drawings and details of an existing crane help the team review available space and equipment compatibility.

Design, installation and commissioning

CRANEX provides crane design, installation and commissioning. The crane arrangement, components and scope of work are agreed for each project.

Flat Rail Crane System

Flat bar crane rails for light to medium-duty lifting, designed to distribute loads and reduce vibration during travel. We provide installation and repairs to existing rails.

What flat rails do

A flat rail, or flat bar rail, is a steel crane rail with a flat upper surface and a rectangular or square cross-section. It supports crane or hoist wheels in light to medium-duty lifting, distributing wheel loads and helping the wheels travel smoothly with less vibration.

Cross-section sizes

Rail dimensions are stated as width × thickness in millimetres. Examples include 40 × 30 mm for small, light-duty applications, 60 × 40 mm and 70 × 50 mm. Rail selection considers wheel loads and the rail system together, rather than crane lifting capacity alone.

New installations and existing rails

CRANEX installs flat rails and repairs existing rail systems. For an existing installation, send the rail dimensions, photographs of the wheels and rail joints, and a description of the problem to help define the work required.

After-Sales & Crane Service

Repair, upgrade and refurbishment services for your existing cranes and lifting equipment.

Repair, upgrade and refurbish existing cranes

An existing crane may need component repairs, a replacement hoist or changes to suit a new task. CRANEX provides repair, upgrade and refurbishment services, taking equipment condition and compatibility with the existing system into account.

Information for a service enquiry

Send the crane or hoist type, rated capacity, make and model if known, and a description of the problem. Photographs and existing drawings are useful. For an upgrade, explain what needs to change, such as the controls or lifting application, so the team can review the scope.

Support after installation

After-sales support covers repairs, upgrades and refurbishment. Factories that need planned, ongoing care can also enquire about preventive maintenance contracts.

Inspection & Load Testing

Crane and hoist inspections, load tests and certification within the agreed service scope.

Equipment inspection and load testing

CRANEX provides crane and hoist inspection, load testing and certification within the agreed scope. Equipment inspection and load testing serve different purposes, so tell the team why the service is required when making an enquiry.

Information to prepare

Provide the equipment types and quantities, rated capacities, installation location and application, together with any existing drawings or records. If your plant requires a particular report or certificate format, send those requirements for review before the service is confirmed.

Agree the scope and documentation

The team reviews the inspection items, test method and required documentation for the equipment and job requirements, so the factory knows what the service includes before work begins.

Preventive Maintenance

Planned preventive maintenance and long-term support for industrial lifting systems.

Plan maintenance in advance

A preventive maintenance, or PM, contract provides planned care for cranes and lifting systems. It suits factories that need regular equipment attention based on its condition and the way it is used.

Build the plan around actual use

Tell the team the number and types of cranes or hoists, their rated capacities, operating cycles, working environment and suitable service windows. This information helps define the maintenance activities and service intervals.

An agreed contract scope

Maintenance tasks, frequency and the service period are agreed for each contract. If repairs or upgrades are also needed, their scope can be discussed with the team.
